Womens emancipation mean that most women find they have to take the initiative if they want the sex to go well. Certainly the men are grateful. But if you don't most don't care and go through a kind of sex by numbers format and ideas they got out of Forum. I have always been pro -er hm - active. But find most women wont as being pro-active can bring a negative response from the man who still has his grandfather's judeo/christian views of women and sex tattooed on his soul.

Still have men who keep the orgasms for their mistress or whore and find the idea of their wife being sexual or orgasmic off putting.Know men who said they would divorce them and one who insists his wife is nevr naked - He is quite a modern man as well. You would never guess that underneath he is quite frightened of female nakedness and finds it disturbing and off-putting. Not gay though. Also senior mental health professional giving out advice to others on sexuality and relationships.

Have no problem running across and around the bedroom naked with all my wobbly bits with full lights on. but many do. Lights out, covers up to the neck and prepare to repel boarders M'Dear.

Ah well. Being female puts everything into a different perspective. At 48 I have only met 2 men who did not have hang ups or some strange ideas underneath and who could relax and let me relax. usually have to get through a lot of socialised pre conditioned thinking to find the human being beneath.

But i do find i have had to do the running and being pro-active. Even gave a basic biology lesson to a 63 year old yesterday who had never known how his plumbing worked or asked or was interested about the woman's plumbing. I usually know more about a man's plumbing than he does. and men wonder why his love life was a disaster and his few gfs had been disappointed. Hopeless!!!

many couples lived their lives in acute misery. and still we have those who would promote ignorance.
